We were engaged by the Board of Coastal Works (formerly Coffs City Works), an entity of the Coffs Harbour City Council to rebrand this new private works organisation. Our approach was to create a brand which could stand up against the big National developers and which could transcend across geographical locations. We ran a brand discovery meeting and discussed the brand vision, values and style and conducted a brand audit to assist in the brand rollout.
Once the brand was approved and had buy in from the key management and staff teams, we then developed the stationery, signage and responsive website for the organisation. We also provided advice on the best way to communicate and engage the different stakeholder groups within the organisational framework with the new brand.
